I was incredibly excited about it to the point where I built a new PC (5900X/RTX 3080) that could handle games I own with the intention of using GOG Galaxy 2.0 and Steam (Steam for Steam, and Galaxy for everything else). You can also filter by platform, but it’s easier to do this via the automatically added bookmarks down the left-hand side. GOG Galaxy 2.0 was marketed as the way to solve that by integrating all mainstream platforms into a single interface. However, there is also an option to search by Linux, MacOS, PlayStation, or Xbox. The filter defaults to showing only Windows games when the launcher is opened on my PC. However, GOG has taken this into account, offering a range of filters to help you find something to play. This list appears cumbersome at first, especially if your games number well into three figures.
